What iPhone 4S should I get on what Network?
0
I am finally able to get an iPhone and am trying to find out which one should I get the White or Black one? I am leaning towards the white one but also the black one. The black one matches my iPad and my iPod. I like for everything to match. So I am writing this to ask the Community to help me decide of which one do I need to get.
The iPhone 4S is so Nice. I like the fact that it has Siri this will help me when I am at work and am at school. This will save me allot of time and help me succeed more than what I am already doing. Now the thing that is stumping my mind is the Color. I love the white it is very smooth. The Black is nice because it is classic and it matches all of my other devices.
Do you have an iPhone? If so which one do you have? This can help me choose which one is better. I am hoping to get this new iPhone on Dec. 3 2011. Another thing that I am trying to find out is what network should I get my iPhone with. Sprint, Verizon or AT&T. All networks have Great service in my area. I am heading towards sprint because of their fast data speeds that I have seen in my area.
As a main compute user I am going to be one that uses allot of data. Sprint is the only one that will offer Unlimited Data at a nice price. I will also get Unlimited Messaging. This is a Big plus. AT&T is the next on that I would go to. AT&T is so much cheaper than Verizon and offers better service than them also.
I guess the good question is will I have good service over the US with Sprint. I am probably going to be doing some traveling once I get me a new car. I want to make sure that I am going to be happy since I am going to be locked into a 2 year contract. Please leave me a comment on this post telling me what you think would be the best company to go with and why you would go with them.
I could also save up a lil more and get the Unlocked version of the iPhone and go and get a T-Mobile Mini sim and pay $50 a month for Unlimited everything. That means that I am going to be paying over $600 for the iPhone. Do you think that it will be worth it. This means that I will not be locked down into a 2-year contract and I will be able to pay when I want to pay.
The main thing is I want a Good Quality service that is going to have good signal and uptime. Verizon is Ok but way to expensive and their data speeds are way to slow for me to even try and use their Internet. I am going to be downloading allot of new applications as they come out onto the app store Like I do on the iPod and iPad. I just do not want to be locked down onto a Wi-Fi connection to make sure that I do not go over my data connection.
You can let me know what you think by leaving a comment below. Make sure that you leave a good Description that is argumentive so I can see what you are meaning and am able to understand it and make the right decision.
Tweetbot: the most intuitive Twitter client available
0
As an iPhone user, I’ve tried many Twitter clients. Echofon, Echofon Pro, the official Twitter app. All of them gave me an okay experience. Nothing too fancy and nothing that really “wows” me. Until I found TweetBot. Now, I use Twitter everyday, to read people’s tweets, to @ reply, to write tweets, so I’m an avid Twitter user. This is perfect for those who are Twitter crazy, and those who just browse every so often. When you first start TweetBot for the first time, you have to sign into your Twitter account using your screenname and password. Once you click sign in, you get a tutorial on how to use TweetBot, something you rarely see. TweetBot isn’t hard to use, it just shows you nice shortcuts to get to where you need to be. Once the five screen tutorial is over, you get your timeline. If you want to click a link in a tweet or see options to do with the tweet, you tap it, and you are able to click the link. You also get some buttons with the tweet, like @ reply, retweet, favorite, an even more options button that contains “post link to tweet”, “copy tweet”, “email tweet” and “translate”. The last button in the tweet is details. If you want to follow an @ reply conversation someone is having with two or more people, you swipe the tweet to the right, and it will open a window that shows the timeline. If you swipe to the left, you see all the @ replies were left to that tweet. If you tap twice, it will show the details. You can customize the triple tap to do what you want like @ reply to the tweet, retweet, favorite or translate. When writing a tweet, you get a characters remaining timer, a button that looks like a gear that lets you add your location, view drafts, add media from library and camera. The next button shows all of the people you follow so you can @ reply them, and people you can search for, and the last button shows trending hashtags and topics. When you get back to your timeline, you’ll notice a familiar screen with buttons at the bottom for your timeline, replies, messages, and the last two you can customize. You can have them be retweets from your followers, your favorites, your lists, your profile, and search. If you want to tweak something in TweetBot, you can go to the settings by tapping the button in the top left corner and tapping settings. Once there, you can turn on or off sounds, change the font size, display people full name or Twitter screenname, set the triple tap, turn on or off “post in background” and account settings like what URL shortener to use, image and video upload site, and your read later site. So overall, TweetBot is the best Twitter client I have ever used. It’s incredibly intuitive and simple. The app costs $2, and it’s well worth it. So if you’re looking for a good twitter client, try out TweetBot by TapBots.
